Mr. Plasse joined TIC in 2011 to prepare Tel-Instrument manufacturing for high sustained growth. In his 30 year career, Mr. Plasse has held many executive and board positions in established, emerging and start up manufacturing organizations in the US, China and Mexico. Mr. Plasse has a very successful track record turning around and dramatically growing companies in electronics, aerospace, automotive and medical industries. Mr. Plasse has a B.S. Engineering from Western New England College and an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University. He also possesses patents in the aerospace and material handling industries.
