Mr. Allan joined TIC in 2007 and leads our marketing and product support activities. In his 25 year career, Mr. Allen has held technical marketing and customer support roles at a diverse range of companies including Prime Computer, JCAir and Aeroflex. Mr. Allen has extensive experience in the military and commercial avionics industry and has been integral in significantly increasing our back-log and profitability. Mr. Allen has made significant strides in upgrading TIC’s product support functions to industry leading levels by significantly increasing staffing and instilling a customer first attitude.
