Dr. Ken W. Filardo
Senior Director - New Product Development
Dr. Filardo joined TIC in 2007 and leads our new product development function. Dr. Filardo has a distinguished 30 year career spanning such diverse companies as Rockwell Collins, IFR, JCAir and Aeroflex. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of avionic test equipment including communication test sets as well as IFF and Mode 5. Dr. Filardo graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin and has a Master’s and Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
