RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2015 - ALL TEST SETS BEING RETURNED TO TEL-INSTRUMENT ELECTRONICS CORP. MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER ASSSIGED and A COPY OF TEH rma FORM SHIPPED WITH THE TEST SET.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO RECEIVE YOUR AUTHORIZATION. UNITS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. Thank you for your purchase of a Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. Test Set. Occasionally, there may be a need to service, calibrate, and repair your product. All test sets returned to Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. will require and be assigned an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before the unit is sent in for service. To start the process, simply fill out the form below as complete as possible. Please include pictures or documents if needed.
Once your request is received and reviewed, approved requests will receive an RMA# via email, along with the complete shipping and labeling instructions.
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS OR DELAYS WILL OCCUR. Do not return a Test Set for service without an RMA Number ASSIGNED. Please wait until you receive confirmation and the assigned number before shipping the unit to Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp.
The Assigned RMA NUMBER must be clearly written and viewable in large letters on the outside of the shipping container. NOTE: US Customers owning commercial products shall send their unit directly to EXPRESS Calibration Services, follow this link: EXPRESS CALIBRATION SERVICES.
