This letter serves as formal notification that Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. is discontinuing the production of the following two (2) products:
T-36C NAV/COMM Ramp Test Set (P/N 90000026)
T-36M NAV/COMM Ramp Test Set (P/N 90000058)
Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. acknowledges the obligation to promptly inform our customers of the intent to exit products and provide an alternative product exceeding the former Test Sets capability.
It is our objective to support the T-36C and T-36M for 5 additional years dependent on availability of parts and supplies, at which time the support will end.
The Test Sets will no longer be available for purchase after July 1, 2016.
The replacement Test Set for the T-36C and T-36M is Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. TR-36 NAV/COMM Test Set (P/N 90000136).

T-4530i IFF Test Set
Description
The T-4530i is the next evolution of the highly successful TS-4530A Test Set. Option B Crypto Interface (KIV-77 and SIT-2010) the T-4530i will fully test, simulate and analyze the following systems: Interrogator/Transponder for Modes 1, 2, 3A, C, S, EHS, ADS-B TX and RX (compliant) with NSM Capability and Mode 5 Level 1 & 2 and TCAS I & II. Comprehensive testing of TACAN Receiver Transmitters in A/A, G/A, and A/A BCN. Our new NiMH Battery can provide over 4 hours of continuous operation on one battery with one charge.
Lightest Ramp Test Set available. Full color display and easy to use front panel navigation utilizing a simple Joystick – The user friendly interface allows for fast and simple verification of aircraft installed avionic systems.
- Interrogator and Transponder Tests Modes 1, 2, 3A, C, S, EHS, Mode 4 (Optional) and Mode 5 (L1 & L2).
- RoHs Compliant for international use.
- Specific tests designed to complete transponder integration tests IAW DoD AIMS 1102A/B.
- Utilize either the Option B KIV-77 or SIT-2010 CCI Applique.
- Full TACAN testing of A/A, G/A and A/A BCN on all 256 TACAN channels X and Y.
- TCAS I, TCAS II and E-TCAS airborne systems intruder simulations.
- Full testing of ADS-B in compliance with RTCA DO-260 A and B requi2ements.
- Long lasting NiMH battery, 2 batteries included providing up to 8 hours of continuous use.
- Supports Remote Client** testing utilizing USB connection to any laptop or desktop computer.

Announces Full Rate Production Release on TS-4530A SetsEast Rutherford, NJ August 5, 2015 Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp ( Tel , Tel-Instrument or the Company ) (NYSE MKT: TIK) today reported that it has received the Full Rate Production Release for the TS-4530A SETS from the U.S. Army.
Jeff O Hara, Tel s President and CEO, noted, Receiving the Full Rate Production Release on the TS-4530A SETS represents an important milestone for the Company. It is expected that volume deliveries of TS-4530A SETS will commence late in the third fiscal quarter which ends December 31, 2015. We currently have a backlog of 688 TS-4530A SETS with a contract value of approximately $7.8 million, and we are also actively marketing this test set to both domestic and foreign markets.

East Rutherford, NJ – June 17, 2022 – Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. (“Tel-Instrument,” “TIC,” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: TIKK), a leading designer and manufacturer of avionics test and measurement solutions, today reported net income of $1,309,738 or $0.30 per basic share and $0.26 per diluted share on revenues of $12.9 million for the 2022 fiscal year ended March 31, 2022.
Highlights include:
· Revenues for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, increased $1.4 million, or 12%, versus the prior fiscal year.
· Gross margins for the 2022 fiscal year were 44.6%, or a 3.3 percentage point improvement over the prior fiscal year.
