The T-47/M5 is Tel-Instrument's advanced AIMSPO-certified military IFF test set designed for flight line, ramp, and bench testing of modern military transponder and interrogator systems.

Built for global military and defense applications, the T-47/M5 supports comprehensive testing of Modes 1, 2, 3/A, C, S, EHS, ADS-B, NSM, Mode 5 Level 1 & 2, Mode 5L2B, TCAS I/II, and full TACAN receiver-transmitter testing.

Designed for Modern Crypto Environments
The T-47/M5 works with all major CCI configurations including KIV-77, KIV-78, KIV-79, and SIT2010, providing flexible support for NATO and international Mode 5 test requirements.
